Description:
 Ctenochaetus tangs, often called bristletooth tangs, are excellent algae grazers with specialized teeth that allow them to grasp film algae off rocks and glass. They are smaller and more peaceful than other tangs, making them suitable for medium-sized reef tanks. Though generally peaceful, they may show aggression toward similar tangs. These fish thrive on a plant-rich diet and help keep nuisance algae in check.
