Policies 

Electronics - (Pumps, Lights, Heaters, etc.)

We will exchange or give store credit for any electronics that are faulty on first use (DOA) if an issue arises after use please contact the manufacturer. 

Equipment - (Sumps, Aquarium Kits, Terrariums, etc.)

We will exchange or give store credit for any unopened/undamaged products up to 14 days of purchase.

Supplements / Additives

We will exchange or give store credit for any unopened/undamaged products up to 14 days of purchase.

Frozen Food 

All Sales Final  - Sorry we do not offer any exchanges or credits on frozen foods.

Live Animals 

All Sales Final - Sorry we do not offer any exchanges or credits on Live Animals. (Fish,Coral,Inverts,etc.)

Live Animal Guarantee 

We offer the following warranties on Live Animals 

SaltWater Fish - 24-Hours from time of purchase**  

SaltWater Corals & Inverts - No Guarantee 

Freshwater Fish - 7 Days from time of purchase**

Freshwater Inverts - No Guarantee

Advanced Species not covered - Dragonets, Anthias, Seahorses, Pipefish, Jawfish, Eels, Freshwater Nano Fish

**Any Credit would be based on a prompt notification of the incident followed by a water sample for testing and proof of death. If water testing shows an issue with the chemistry within your tank no credit will be issued. If the specimen was subject to damage from other tank mates or jumped out no credit will be issued.  All livestock guarantees are limited to one replacement (I.E. we can not replace a replacement.)
